My experience leasing with Embarcadero was totally up front and an enjoyable experience. Peyton is my lease consultant and she has been working with me throughout this entire process to make it as stress-free as possible. I would definitely recommend this community. They're reasonably priced and they have really cool amenities like a pool/hot tub area, a BBQ station, tons of recreational activities and on site laundry, which is major. If I could give my experience more than 5 stars, I totally would!

Great Experience at these apartments. From the day I viewed them to the day I left, Stephany Basabe has been very helpful with the transifion in and out. Answering all of my questions and then some. Overall the area is also great, if you like thrifting and shopping they are right across the street. Very close to the freeway and there are police who actually park during the night for security even on weekends. I always felt very safe, and listened to at these apartments. Leaving for work but if I come back in the area I will rent from here again! My only negative comment is that there are no speed bumps and some people like to be street racers!

It honestly would be perfect if I didnt have neighbors upstairs who sound like a stampede and slamming stuff. Told leasing office and they ignore me. My place still smells like ozone and they have done nothing about it. Its been maybe 4+weeks now. If u get put by the pool good luck it is a party everyday. Even if ur place is toxic they do not care they will just say well u signed the lease. If ur looking for a smokefree place do not come here mostly everywhere someone is smoking. Besides that everyone is amazing and everything.
