I want to recognize Tyrone at Embarc Apartments for his genuine kindness and compassion. My son was recently hit by a car while riding his motorcycle near work. Tyrone took the time to go check on him while he waited for the police and later called to make sure he was okay. As a mother, knowing that someone cared enough to look out for my son during such a frightening situation meant more to me than I can express. Tyrone is not only a wonderful manager but also an incredibly thoughtful and caring person. Thank you, Tyrone, for going above and beyond!

Look at the reviews 1 compared to 3/4… This place is insane. Theres always police presence because there is always a crime being committed. There have been multiple shootings. Multiple break ins. Unfortunately we were victims of someone breaking in our car and damaging it. Management is awful and will brush you off because all they care about is a paycheck. Please do yourself a favor and look everywhere else but here if you value your safety. I wish I would of looked at the reviews before moving in. The amount of garbage I found under our washer and dryer blew my mind. Neighbors smoke so much weed it seeped to our part of the apartment and stank our apt up. TheAC leaked water too. Genuinely regret is an understatement.

Peyton greeted me with a warm smile. I felt very comfortable with her as she walked me through the rental process and walked me through the available apartments. She was very thorough and left me with no other questions or concerns.

Peyton is just absolutely amazing! The whole experience and application process was very fast and easy!! I thought I would struggle but she's been very patient and understanding with me and I honestly can't wait to live here at embarc apartments because her hospitality is outstanding!!! A+

My experience leasing with Embarcadero was totally up front and an enjoyable experience. Peyton is my lease consultant and she has been working with me throughout this entire process to make it as stress-free as possible. I would definitely recommend this community. They're reasonably priced and they have really cool amenities like a pool/hot tub area, a BBQ station, tons of recreational activities and on site laundry, which is major. If I could give my experience more than 5 stars, I totally would!
