DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This place absolutely sucks. The maintenance workers are lazy, the office staff are feckless and are always too 'busy' to answer the phone, you'll be charged the difference between your actual rent and fair market value if you happen to pay late. The resident portal charges 3.25% on debit transactions, $3.99 for checking account withdrawals, or you can opt to use MoneyGram, in which case you have to go to Walmart as it's the only nearby place that has it. The neighbors are generally rude and will make false and retaliatory complaints regarding you if ever you complain about them(they might know it was you that made the initial, they might not). Legacy Towing patrols the parking lot and will NOT hesitate to yank your car if you park 1 minute too long at a timed spot, are late to renew your tabs, or have a car that is registered out of state(even if registration is current). In unit laundry is not a given, as there are many many units that don't have that luxury. If you do get a unit without laundry appliances, beware of the laundry facilities on the Embarc grounds. You may have your clothes stolen and come back to a dryer that has been stopped by someone else and not restarted. Many of the laundry appliances in the public facilites are inoperable or malfunctioning, so laundry day is a competition among other residents. Oh, did I mention the constant Police presence? There's always some crime going on around there, and homeless people wander the grounds from 1am onward.
All in all, this place SUCKS. If you can hold out and find a different property to rent from, do it!
