Worst apartment to live in period. I didn't give anyone problems during my 3 year stay. I kept rent paid on time each month, and when I decided to move out I gave them ample time in advance. Management were extremely rude after I moved out. Even though I ordered Stanley Steamer for carpets, spent several days making sure EVERYTHING was clean..the management took my whole deposit and also charged me extra for everything that was spotless but claimed it was dirty and need replaced. Security was terrible. I had clothes stolen from laundry, someone broke into my apartment, and car was stolen. The old management helped me but the new management a year before I moved out...what a joke. UPDATE: now after countless years later they decided taking my whole deposit and charging me extra wasn't enough so they had a collection agency want to charge me over $6,000 in damages?!?!?! Damages to what exactly... holy hell what a shady place.

Me and my boyfriend have only been living here for a little over a month but we got a one bedroom and it's actually a fairly large master bedroom and the living room and kitchen are perfect for 2 people. We got brand new carpet and appliances and the wood flooring and cabinets are also new. The walls are in almost perfect condition and have had absolutely NO signs of mold. My only concerns are the security of the home I wish there was more than just a deadbolt to lock your home and we have not had any problems with neighbors being loud or the police. Most of the people I've seen living here everyone keeps to themselves never seen anything suspicious and my car and boyfriend's car have been untouched. I've had two bad run ins with the management but that's it. As far as they actual apartment itself it has been just fine.

What really is the worst is the management and staff. They are unhappy and uncaring people. They get so aggressive, even when I would call them about the littlest things. The apartment is just okay and the facilities are average. Since the rent is "cheaper", you get a lot of lower income people obviously, and that results in garbage, shopping carts and people not picking up after their dogs. We've seen the cops here at least 4 times in the 6 months we've lived here (and I'm not even home that much). If you have 100 bucks that you can squeeze into your budget for rent, do it and go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure the only positive reviews are the actual employees trying to save their rating. You may be attracted because of the price but please invest in yourself and quality of life and don't live here.

I've lived here about 6 months. have had no problems and even though it's a studio it's quite. Don't be a horrible person and you'll do fine here.

***Edit: The guy whose review says not to be a horrible person is a joke! Look up my records. I am a law abiding citizen and a mother. Great reasons as to why I am leaving asap!!** DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give this place a 0, I would. Problems since day 1. The apartment that was assigned to us was covered in cat pee and a lot of stuff was damaged. We had to clean everything, except for the carpets (not reimbursed for anything). It's been 10 months since we moved in and almost nothing on the list we filled out has been repaired. The complex is crime ridden. Have been involved in multiple occurances (which were not our doing), and am now being summoned to court as a witness for one case. Have had neighbor problems since our first week. Lots of car break ins. Not ours, but we did have two huge handprints on our window from someone looking in. Had an officer tell us he would never recommend living here. Definitely not worth what we are paying for, as far as size and quality goes. During the summer the pool was closed a lot and very dirty. They watered the lawn day and night, rain or shine, and our water bill was ridiculous. They did "maintenance "this summer on the whole complex and we were inconvenienced for months being told we couldn't enter/leave, have the parking we paid for and they power washed our dog and blamed us for it. There was only one nice leasing agent and the rest were downright rude. I even have proof. They don't "have the time with so many units." They do not hold up their end as far as the lease addendums are concerned. There is a "crime free" addendum but you would never guess it because they let domestic violence and drug problems stay in the complex, even after police reports have been brought to their attention. All they care about is money and not anyone's safety. There would never recommend it to anyone. We were going to have someone take over our lease but I can't make myself screw anyone over after all we've been through at this complex. I repeat, do not move here!!!

The apt I had was pretty small. Not a lot of storage sapce, especially in the kitchen. The first two weeks I was here my water got shut off three times. The first time the office responded to it quickly, but the other two times I waited a day until they got someone to fix it. The ladies in the front office act like you're always bothering them, a lot of the times they don't even greet you. I couldn't even fill the bathtub all the way without it turning cold, limited hot water. So if you and your spouse need to both shower in the morning, one will be taking a cold shower. Three out of the four closet doors fell off several times. Even the small closet door by the sink fell off. And they are a PAIN to get back on. In the summer the maintance guys were painting the apt doors, and I was sitting in the living room with my husband when one of the maintance guys unlocks my door and lets himself in! Didn't even say sorry! Just said that the doors needed to be open for 45 minutes. Not only that but they guy painting my door didn't even move the shoes that were next to it before wipping out the paint. Also parking sucks! And my husbands car got broken into and the mirror hit off. But what I do like is I had two patios. One in the front and a bigger one in the back. But I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Don't move here, lots of hidden fees, clerk lies to you to get you into siginig, first month is good cuz pro rated wave. Then you get screwed over for signing a contract that you don't like anymore. We were told to pay 599 plus ~30 utility, then we're paying 677 every month. You even past for street light and garbage. Internet is only comcast and no discount for the complex and least is $50. Walls are thin, parks are not cared for and people park retard. Maintanan e is nice but they take thier time. Thier maintenance team opens the door after they knock twice and it's in the contact. Most people they live here are gang mannered and give will you bad looks. Got called police for in first night for noise (moving in) this Is the worse complex I've tried.
