Filled out an application and found somewhere else to live waiting to hear from the leasing office, was told I would be receiving a refund and I have waited a month so far and still no refund! Terrible service. UPDATE - spoke with the apartment complex today and was told I would not be receiving a refund because they were too slow to communicate with potential residents. Stay far, far away from this place at all costs! I think I have been robbed, I will be contacting my lawyer to discuss this matter.

You will be so sorry you ever lived here. The management is terrible, apartments are in less than adequate conditions and their maintenance is pathetic. I moved out over a year ago and I just got a call saying I've been charged 540 dollars for cleaning. It's ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous, we left that apartment exactly how it was delivered to us. I could wish nothing more than to see this. Haines go under

Don't ever live here, when my boyfriend and i moved in we were told we are going to have hardwood flooring and black appliances, we moved in there was carpet and old appliances mold the stove was broken, carpet was coming up fridge door broken, leaking sink carpet Beatles our pantry door fell off spider webs in every corner our laundry door had a huge hole in it and the dryer did not work. Our windows didn't even open. Our rent was 650 and every month end up paying 720. We had to unfortunately move out and they told us we can make payment arrangements for our next rent due date once the 3rd came up we got a 3 day vacate notice. They said oops sorry you should of let us know and we could of arranged some kind of payment. Don't live here its disgusting bugs are everywhere and horrible office management. Rate is negative zerp

Lived here one year and hated it. ALLOT of drug activity and horrible location. not to mention the staff here is slow to fix issues and hidden fees ON TOP OF YOUR RENT! I left for 3 weeks for the holidays and my water bill went UP??? live somewhere else. please.

Me and my boyfriend moved on in March 2016. They didn't let us see our actual aprtment until the day of and only because I refused to pay anything until we saw it. They didn't even clean our apartment from the last tenants when we moved in. I knew because there were still indents in the carpet from furniture. We put in reaquests for repairs on lots of things that were broken when we moved in and when they weren't completed for 4 months I went to check with the office and they said our requests had been lost. Our oven is still broken. Our patio floor is squishy and we are on the top floor. Seriously don't move here. Management makes every little thing that you need or want done extremely difficult. Even laundry. The office hours are a joke if you have a full time job. I hate this place and can't wait to leave. I have been hit with fees like most people and I pay my rent on time every single time. DON'T MOVE IN HERE!
