Like many others have said, don't live here. I've lived here for 6 months and any time I've had to speak to management its been an extremely negative experience. They couldn't show me the apartment I was going to move into because it was being cleaned. When I first moved in there was a huge stain in the middle of the living room, the blinds were missing in the bedroom, the hot water lasted for 5 minutes and the sink didn't drain. I noted all of this in the move in checklist and none of the problems have been fixed. I talked to them about the checklist and they couldn't find the one I gave to them. About two weeks ago a pipe burst and made a 8' by 3' foot stain. I asked them if they could compensate me (I asked for 25 bucks off) for the trouble since I had to move out for a couple days (have a baby, was worried about mold) and they flat out told me that they don't do that and thats why i have renters insurance. Doesnt make sense. My rent has increased about 10 bucks each month for whatever reason. They use electrical heating for everything so expect you pay around 180-200 dollars for electricity every month in the winter time. When I was inquiring to move in they talked about how the jacuzzi was open year round, however they have been repairing it since I moved in. Chelise (the leasing office manager) is nice and what not but she has no say or power over anything. Everytime I've asked her about anything she just tells me that I need to ask the main manager, who isnt there or is speaking with a tenant about an issue they're having. Everytime I go in there I have to wait 5-15 minutes based off how many people are complaining. When I was first inquiring about moving in there was someone that was yelling at the office about their lease and how awful the experience has been. I should have listened to that warning sign and the reviews, but I was desperate. When I was in the office 2 weeks ago to tell them about the burst pipe a tenant screamed at me "don't live here, don't live here it's terrible!" I don't even think I've had the worst experience here, I've talked to my neighbors and read the reviews and there have been much worse stories from them. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, and its still been terrible. Management only cares about you paying rent, the lack of sympathy for the problems you experience is depressing. If you want anything to get done, you should expect to talk to the office 2-3 times. They know people will continue to live here and will prey off the desperate, but if you care about your quality of life and want to get treated like a human, please don't live here.

Figured I'd share an experience I had while inquiring about an apartment here. I never lived here but I did inquire about a studio apartment a few years ago. The gentleman at the desk broke down the cost of everything and showed me an apartment. The apartment, by the way, was very very small. The main room of the studio was only big enough for a queen sized bed, and that would be pushing it. It looked clean, but was super cramped and all rooms (kitchen, bathroom and I think there was a small laundry room too...)were all tiny. When we got back from the tour, he told me all the fees associated with living there, and how he would waive my pet deposit, pet rent, and other various fees. I never sign anything without thinking it through and sleeping on it. When I told him that it sounded good, but I wanted to sleep on it, he got a little irritated and said something along the lines of, "if you walk out that door everything will be full price. I won't be able to do this deal again." That kind of rubbed me the wrong way. If your place is so good, why the hard sell? I would take caution before living here, read the reviews.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They claim things like having a great gym and basketball court indoors. Well, half of the workout machines at the gym dont work and haven't for months. The lights in the basketball court do not work and havent since I moved in almost a year ago. The hottub has been out of commision for over half my time here. They tow your car if your tire pressure looks a little low. Takes weeks for simple maintinance fixes to get taken care of such as a drain problem. Overall horrible.

In the best words i can describe they suck. mold in apartment, muggy inside apartment, smoking and loud neighbors all over, not worth the rent. we had the 1 bed 1 bath and it wasn't worth it. My wife got pregnant and we needed to move sooner than the lease ended to avoid moving on our due date. We got out and It's taken them 3 TIMES TO FREAKING UPDATE OUR INFO SAYING WE"RE NOT THERE ANYMORE. We've gone in, we've called them, and the idiot up front hasn't done anything about it. He's rude, we were hoping the new management would be better, but the employees suck. yeah cool they're updating the place, but it's not worth the hassle moving in and having sucky management. Move somewhere else.

Here’s another wonderful review about these apartments. I heard from a neighbor a few months back that our water price got raised because there was a leak. I went and spoke the manager (Wendy) whom was a complete nightmare to deal with. She said she didn’t have any info for who I would contact but that’s not why our water bill went up. Well...I got this 24 hour notice on my door that says they will be entering my apartment to try and find a WATER LEAK a Month or so later. So they obviously just let this leak go and expect their residents to keep paying for it. The maintenance men (great to work with) had come in twice within the last month because my apartment is near the obvious water leak that they supposedly didn’t have. I contacted the office and spoke to the nightmare (that’s saying it nicely) again. I told her that I work from home and deal with patient information in healthcare all day And it’s a HIPPA violation to have people around that and asked for a better time slot other than somewhere between 9-6. She rudely said they can come in regardless of hippa laws and they will be there between 9-6. She’s one of the rudest people I have met and has absolutely no professional skills! I will be reporting this incident. If you can avoid her, do it. Shes a liar, she sucks at her job and someone is scamming us out of money!!
