My husband and I lived here for a year.
There were various problems moving in, to our newly renovated apartment. Everything was done half-way. Examples: the floorboards were not on correctly, all the light fixtures were off center, there was water in one of the light fixtures, the piping on the tub was still exposed (they had forgot to place the spout and it was just a pipe). The cabinets on the inside were rough and gnarly, and the refrigerator DID NOT FIT. Every time it opened, the corner smashed into the wall, causing dry wall damage.
Although the location is a convenience, our cars got broken into multiple times - one time resulting in the ignition of my car being busted. Although legally they have no liability over that, I would have liked to see more security measurements put in place.
Overall the apartments were dark and damp. Ours barely received sunlight, and we had a mold problem. Although over all this place wasn't filthy, it wasn't the cleanest complex ever either. We did go swimming on a Sunday and a dead rat was found on the bottom of the pool.
They are NEVER there to answer the phone during business hours, and none of their voicemail are functioning (the operator says it doesn't exist).
In reality, the only redeeming factors about this place is its location, and how close it is to everything. If you are without a vehicle, most everything is in walking distance and there are two bus-stops. We never had any problem with neighbors, or any of the animals in the complex.
In reality, this place is too much money. We stayed in a 618 sq. ft. apartment, and our bill came to about $900 every month (after the rent, mandatory parking fee, and the trash). After utilities, we spent about $1,000 total a month, give or take. I realize that is not the end of the world for payment, but I felt it was a little high for the space.
