5 star location, 2 star service Honestly, it just feels like management does the bare minimum and that’s it. You’re just an easy cash-grab and a box to check. They send out paper notices to your doors about important things but will only give you a day or two of notice. They have never sent out important announcements or reminders via email or text, not to me at least, despite my residency here for years. It’s always just a paper notice hung at your door that you may or may not see in time. And that’s for everything. Inspections, construction projects, issues and safety, lease violations you weren’t aware about. Everything. It’s all just paper notices with a day or two of notice. On rare occasions there was less than a day of notice. The only time they really text or email you is when money is involved. It’s honestly just a communication disconnect between the management and tenants. You want to know certain things as quickly as possible in the most convenient way with plenty of notice, and it’s just not there. More transparency and information sharing would fix this issue easily. If you only care about a convenient location, then this place is for you. If “above and beyond” service and transparency is important to you, then I’d look into other options.

I can't say the first year was the worst. But this year has been terrible. It has a problem with dog poop everywhere. The fees are like 25% of the rent, which they were upfront about. But it seems you pay for nothing since the security doesn't do anything. Someone parked in my spot, and nothing was done about it. But I got a notice for parking in the spot next to mine since someone was in mine. Their are thugs at the pool playing loud music and being loud till midnight most nights this summer so far. The pool closes at 10 pm, and they still do nothing. But they came to my apartment at about 10:30 one night when because my TV was a little loud. They tried to have penalty fres for having their trashcan outside during certain hours. It hasn't been a good experience and we won't be staying here another year.

This place raises rent like crazy and doesn’t really appreciate loyal tenants. I’m in a unit that has no washer & dryer, but because the rent has been raised so much the price of a unit with a washer & dryer is only $10 more a month.

My experience was less exciting than I had hoped. Within our first week living there we had a heavy weed smell in our apartment which I notified management about and they didn't say or do anything about it. We had an extremely loud neighbor above us who we tried to personally go to about the noise but nothing changed. The dumpsters were always overflowing with trash all over the ground. Things in our apartment weren't the worst but definitely didn't feel safe. I mentioned multiple times the water heater was going out and they would just turn up the temperature. We also had black mold consistently growing in the window seals and the shower. The cealing above our bathroom sink had a soft water spot in it that never got fixed. When we started the heater in the winter we had to call emergency maintenance because it set off our smoke detector. The pool was supposed to be open all summer but was a hit or miss because it was closed so often. I tried to use the gym on multiple occasions and the few times i did there was water all over the floor from kids playing with the water fountain. During inspections the assistant manager came in with maintenance right before we moved out and almost kicked our cat who was playing with toys in the living room then continued to step on his toys after he ran off. The complex's units are very small compared to what they tell you so make sure you see the unit you are considering and not an alternative. While the leasing ladies were nice a lot of the time the entire leasing office seemed pretty clueless on what was going on. The complex itself is old and they are only willing to fix what's necessary to make it livable. I made sure when I moved out to take pictures of some of the things they never really paid any attention to that could potentially be a safety issue. They are not better business bureau accredited which explains why complaining about issues doesn't go anywhere. The domosu app wouldn't accept our rent payments which in the beginning was partially on us but when we had the rent money in the account and tried to pay it it would get returned and we would get late fees so we paid with a cashiers check the majority of the time we lived there. Upon moving out we also noticed an almost $2000 charge in domosu for the month of May when I was out in April. Once we got our after move out summary we were told feel free to reach out with questions. When we reached out whoever responded to us was very snappy and unprofessional. When we had interaction with maintenance towards the end even they told us they didn't blame us for moving out.

The maintenance people are the best, their very helpful and kind, the property manager on the other hand I’ve never even heard from or talk to really, I’m trying to setup the app to pay rent and it shows nothing, you call their office and nothing, so theirs room for improvement
