Bad neighborhood, not safe. You donât get your deposit back and they will find any fees possible to charge you. We paid patrol every month,but we never seen them, and if they come they just drive around to few apartments and leave. Our first night we had to evacuate because the person below us had schizophrenia and wasnât taking medication and so decided to start a fire and left. Our apartment got smoked and our new mattress got ruined because they donât do a background check on the people that rent the apartments. We stayed at the hotel and told us to take only the necessary with us, and so we left all our belonging in the apartment while the police and investigators were inspecting our apartment, and another family that had to evacuate as well. The manager forgot to unlock the door of our apartment after that everyone left, and someone decided to robe us and our memories. We asked the apartment if we could get the footage through their camera because we were living close to their office, but the manager was as selfish as she can be. Then they moved us to another apartment, and found out that after few months we had to evacuate few times our apartment because we had a domestic violence, a shooting caused by our neighbors next door and luckily the bullets didnât come through our window. The end of the story READ THE CONTRACT BECAUSE IS ALL AGAINST YOU, if something happens is your responsibility not theirs!!!!
