5 star location, 2 star service
Honestly, it just feels like management does the bare minimum and thatâs it. Youâre just an easy cash-grab and a box to check. They send out paper notices to your doors about important things but will only give you a day or two of notice. They have never sent out important announcements or reminders via email or text, not to me at least, despite my residency here for years. Itâs always just a paper notice hung at your door that you may or may not see in time. And thatâs for everything. Inspections, construction projects, issues and safety, lease violations you werenât aware about. Everything. Itâs all just paper notices with a day or two of notice. On rare occasions there was less than a day of notice. The only time they really text or email you is when money is involved.
Itâs honestly just a communication disconnect between the management and tenants. You want to know certain things as quickly as possible in the most convenient way with plenty of notice, and itâs just not there. More transparency and information sharing would fix this issue easily.
If you only care about a convenient location, then this place is for you. If âabove and beyondâ service and transparency is important to you, then Iâd look into other options.
