This is by far the worst management team I've ever seen. We submitted an emergency maintenance request 1 month ago for our AC. It took them 2 weeks to even look at it, then another week for them to get a guy to fix it. But after they 'fixed' the AC, it just leaked water every time it was turned on. It took them another week to have someone look at it then. After he 'fixed' it, he left without even testing it. Surprise, surprise, it still leaks tons of water. The management team has been aware of this, yet no actions have been taken to fix the AC. One month of no air conditioning in the heat of the Summer with a management team that doesn't care. If you are looking for a place to rent, keep looking.

I do no not even live here but I came to check them out and the manager Wendy? was a complete B****. When I first arrived she sat in her office and watched me wait for the next office staff to be available but she literally sat there and watched me wait while she wasn't doing anything either. I Went to check out the apartment itself and it had a horrible smell of cat piss and cigarettes but she simply said "some candles should cover that smell". Like I said I didn't live here but just from my initial experience, it was horrible. Keep looking for apartments, nicer ones for same price, bigger space, new appliances, better location. Don't waste your time.

I'm 34 years old and have moved around a lot due to work. This was by far the worst apartment complex I've ever rented from. Don't get me wrong this complex is beautiful. I loved the grounds,gym and pool. This would be a great place If they actually cared about their tenants. The day I moved in I did my inspection and it was all downhill from there. My apartment clearly had new carpet and paint which was thrown in and painted by what seemed like kids who had no idea what they were doing, but I didn't mind. The 2 main issues were. 1 the apartment smelled like a casino it's clear that a tenant around or above me is a chainsmoker, I can tolerate a certain amount of smell but this was overboard. I'll get back to that. 2. The washer was half full of yellow what looked to be (URINE WATER) no joke. I advised them of the issues and nothing was done. After a few days i fixed the washer myself. In the 8 weeks I was there my clothes which Included multiple work suits, bedding and furniture were destroyed from the smoke. It seems that whoever was smoking did it mainly at night and it was non-stop. They came and did an ozone treatment once but it didn't work. I couldn't use the a.c. because the smoke came through so bad that I couldn't sleep. I'm a divorced father and my own children refused to visit due to the smell. Friends and colleagues at work began to talk about stale ciggarete smell on my clothes. I'd finally had enough and asked that I get a new apartment or I wanted out of my lease. The office attendant told me to find whoever was smoking and confront them myself. I was absolutley appalled. I had every intention in sfaying there for a long time. I thought I had finally found a perfect location but was treated like a dog. In the short time I was a tenant at southwillow now embarc my quality of life drastically diminished. I felt they had breached my contract so I vacated. Even after the office manager admitted that they made mistakes which I have proof (because they will deny this review like they always do) even after they admitted fault I was told they would not reconcile a thing. I was there for 8 weeks and they charged me every possible thing they can charge. I will gladly pay every penny to never step foot in that place again and I hope people read this before considering this unfortunate disaster of an apartment staff.
