So far living here hasn't been too bad, but it needs improvements. They NEVER answer their phones. I have a problem with their mail package policy, if something doesn't fit in the mailbox, they keep it locked in their main office. However, my schedule keeps me from being able to make it to their office to get my stuff. Therefore, I go weeks without my stuff before getting in there to pick it up. I feel like they can accommodate me somehow, even drop off my stuff on my patio. My fridge is TOO BIG, so when I open it, it digs into the drywall. There is currently a huge hole in the wall thanks to that. My apartment has always had a weird, mildew smell to it. There is not any windows, so I get minimal light. Also valet trash is mandatory $20 a month, but I live right next to the trash can so that's a rip off. Especially when I put out the trash maybe once a week, and sometimes even then I walk out of my apartment the next day and it's still sitting in my doorway.
I've been trying to take advantage of the valet trash. It's been a gigantic disappointment. My trash will get taken out MAYBE 2/5 days a week that they're supposed to take it.
Also, they still NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.
