I came for a tour and Peyton was so amazing and helpful! Not only was she so thorough, she was polite, helping plenty of people on her own, and overall so on top of it! I'm going to apply, but even if I don't, it was pleasure meeting Peyton and having her show me around!

Peyton helped me find a new apartment that perfectly met my needs and more, while also helping me stay within my budget. I never felt any pressure, but I ended up applying THAT day because of the guidance from Peyton. Iâm so excited to start this new chapter with Peyton and the Embarc apartments.

Wonderful location & pricing. Terrible service. My apartment was not anywhere near clean when I moved in, dirt on the counter tops, stains on the cabinets, a lamp shade in the dishwasher? Along with old Rice Krispies in the cabinets and drawers. I was then charged for cleaning not being done at the end of my stay while I was refused pictures of the condition my apartment was left in that they were charging me additionally for, after using the security deposit. Communication is also extremely poor and inconsistent. I received numerous different ways on how to end my stay with this complex and then told I was wrong in being upset. I would not recommend this complex in the future as the seem to have dishonorable business practices
