No firewalls and shared attic space means my apartment smokes when my neighbors do it inside, and management won't help at all. It hasn't been a horrible place to live other than that, but the lack of response (I've been trying to get clean air in my home since I arrived over a year and a half ago) made this somewhere I recommend avoiding at all costs. ETA the fees they charge on move out are ridiculous. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Not the best place to live. I only been here for 5 months. Literally the first day I moved in I just had one problem after another. The office staff is nice but the communication with the Maintenance team is horrible. Just hope my Living experience here gets better.

This is not a terrible place to live but we had not had a great experience. We have lived here for 3 months and the AC has not worked for 2 of those months. After putting in request after request to get it fixed and having people come look at the ac unit they finally gave us notice that they would replace the unit. A week later (in the heat of July) we still do not have our new unit. They donât offer any sort of compensation for not delivering what was promised (working AC). Overall the amenities are nice and the price is decent for the apartment.

HORRIBLE people to work with. Not professional, rude, sarcastic. Iâm very glad we ended up going with some place else. The property is nice, but I wouldnât rent just for how awful their customer service is. 2/10 recommend. I see why they just have over 2 stars.
