*Update* Time is flying by 2 months in already and I love this place The people in here are friendly, it's very quiet at night. The staff at embarc are just always so helpful and friendly Cecilia and Angelo definitely made my move in process so delightful. I appreciate you both very much. The balconies add a perfect feel to come home sit down and enjoy brunch. Definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking forward to your new home.

This weekend was long one but thank god we got some amazing maintenance that ever since I move in to Embarc apartments we have had so many plumbing issues and electrical issues but if you really need something to be fix ask for Oscar his one of the best maintenance handy man you can ever ask for beside Kyle He does pretty well as well to fixed things but Oscar Is a very quick person to work on any problem that your apartment can have He will literally fixed It right and try’s always to have solitions to help .

Absolutely thank you for receiving me in my new home Everyone here is super friendly people said hello down the pathways we took a walk at night and it feels like we're on a villa vacation spot. I'm so happy to be moved in the apartment is beautiful love the balcony and great amenities we have here Also angelo and Cecilia are very amazing both of them have made me feel very welcomed. I am so happy and excited to continue my stay with you guys ! PS.panda express and many other great locations are at a walking distance 😂

I haven't been in apartment for years but I have only been at Ebarc for 4 months. 2 months a/c wasn't working right. My electric bill was sky high they only helped me with one month. my toilet backed up twice before they actually fixed it, garbage disposal backed up. My dog was attracted by another one, I was verbally assulted by neighbor, luckily they did kick him out. Kitchen flooded twice before they found sprinkler was ran over. Well last straw my car window was busted. I no longer feel safe for myself or my property. No cameras, yet pay 180 dollar for joint utilities. then pay your own. I highly not recommend this place but if you need two bed room mine is available..lol

GARBAGE. Hidden fees, broken and flooding dishwasher and sink disposal and if you look at their responses to bad reviews it's clear they don't care and are just sending auto responses. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees filled out fake good reviews in their spare time. I talked to them just before leaving and was told I overpaid by $1300 only to receive a letter charging me $451 for unpaid utilities and non-existant damages including "drip pans" for ceiling damage. They also charged me a $75 cleaning fee and $55 for carpet shampoo despite my girlfriend thoroughly cleaning the apartment before we left. She even used a Bissell professional carpet cleaner!
