this place is trash. i wouldâve given it 0 stars if i could. when we moved in, a bunch of hidden fees started tacking on, a bunch of stuff they said we DID NOT have to pay for. also, we had 2 inspections while we lived there, and both times they said the apartment looked great. but then we moved out, we got charged for 2 months of utilities (which is weird because most places itâs a month behind, not 2), $20 for drip pans (which i asked why because $20 for those is a ridiculous amount, and they said itâs something they always replace, SO WHY ARE WE GETTING CHARGED?!), carpet replace (which doesnât make sense because we DID NOT stain that carpet anymore than it already was when we moved in), and then $80 for a cleaning fee when we already cleaned it very good. we called and called and it took them forever to just send pictures of the âstainsâ and we just got barely got the invoice for the carpet. this place really takes advantage of new renters, save yourself time and money and DO NOT move here.
