Do yourself a favor and seriously consider all options before moving here.
â¢If frequent police presence is your idea of âsecurity,â then this might feel familiar. Police vehicles are regularly in the parking lot, which was concerning as a resident.
â¢I moved in April 2023 and immediately documented a two-page list of issues in my so-called âmove-in readyâ apartment. None of those issues were resolved. The ânewâ flooring was already warped and lifting at the corners. After move-in, I discovered a taser left behind in my unit following what management described as a âthorough inspection.â In the kitchen, there was also an actual spaghetti noodle stuck to the wall that had been spray-painted over rather than removed, which accurately reflects the level of care put into maintenance.
â¢Several windows consistently collect heavy condensation, which eventually led to visible mold forming around the frames. Rather than addressing the underlying issue, the response appeared to be simply painting over the affected areas.
â¢Communication with the office was extremely frustrating. Emails and texts often take days to receive a response, if they are responded to at all. On multiple occasions when I walked into the office in person, staff appeared more focused on their phones than on assisting residents, which made resolving issues even more difficult.
â¢The dog-waste policy is not enforced. While residents receive warning letters, the grounds are consistently covered in dog waste. The dog park itself is poorly maintained and appears neglected.
â¢Amenities are unreliable. The pool and hot tub are frequently closed, making them unusable for long stretches of time.
â¢Noise and disturbances are a regular issue. Late-night yelling, public altercations, and emergency responses are not uncommon. Residents have raised concerns repeatedly, but management often claims to be unaware of ongoing issues.
â¢Utility billing is another concern. Residents are charged additional fees such as âCommon Area Maintenance/Gas,â despite amenities like BBQ grills being broken for months and fire pits being left on for hours. These costs are passed directly on to residents.
â¢Security is absolutely non existent. Despite what is advertised, there are no security cameras. After experiencing a theft totaling approximately $1,500, managementâs response was dismissive and unhelpful.
â¢If you ever need to move out early, be prepared for extremely high lease-break fees. I was quoted $6,300 due to a job relocation & had to ultimately turn down a job.
â¢Overall, this property feels poorly managed, unsafe, and not maintained to the standard expected for the outrageously high cost. I would not recommend living here unless you are comfortable dealing with ongoing issues, lack of accountability, and unreliable amenities
