Move in was horrible walls were yellow, carpet wet & still soiled (I had carpet bugs), I had layers of dust on top of my cabinets. My bathroom had mold and patches everywhere throughout apartment that needed to be painted. During the winter I had access moisture I was told they’re old apartments nothing that they can do which I had gnats everywhere (new windows might help) of course mold. My air conditioner went out the last month I lived there which it was a 100 degrees outside it was above 80 in my house it took a week for them to respond so I had to buy an $100 fan. When they finally helped they put in my unit a window fan that was blowing warm air. On top of that I have a case in regards to theft when they came in without notices. I had to move out a half month early because they said in a week it’ll be cooler. I have multiple tickets opened with my AC (for one month one MONTH) they were hoping it would get cooler IT DID NOT same thing as keeping a human or animal in a hot car. It was beyond hot. During that process Brittney decided to yell at me during this process. For the record if you all did a good job and actually acknowledged my concerns and did your job this would not be a issue. I also have an email asking Brittney how do I know Embarc isn’t going to hit me with these fees she reassured with my walk through and pictures I provided I wouldn’t be charged with what was supposed to be done prior to my move in. WELL I just received an email saying my deposit of $400 I paid they are giving me $65.00 of that back. So I’m paying for someone else’s mess I had to scrub those walls, top of the cabinets and actually carpet clean when I moved in. Also if you think your rent is what they say you will be billed you will be billed on top of your rent at least additional $150.00 for additional community utilities, which is weird considering their hot tub never worked their gym was closed half of my lease also you look at their BBQ it has years of oil and food on it. I will say their showroom apartment doesn’t look ANYTHING like the one that you’re about to RENT. I suggest to STAY AWAY you’ll probably get sick/disease of some sort with how unsanitary it is it’s beyond disgusting. Using a tent would’ve been healthier, way cheaper and less stressful.

Parker did a great job helping us get moved in and had excellent service, the process went very smoothly. All praise goes to the Lord Jesus though as we prepare to celebrate his birthday here on Sunday

Parker was super nice. Very professional yet very honest!! Embarc worked with us to secure an apartment quickly that met our needs. We just moved from another state and didn't have jobs yet. Parker worked with us patiently until we could provide proof on income. Great guy, great team!!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Prepare for tons of hidden fees, floor plans not at all accurate to the size or design of apartment, and amenities broken or unavailable 90% of the time. We were welcomed by dirty floors and carpets, black mold in bedroom and bathroom, and no working A/C. Our A/C broke again just a few months later. The hot tub was open for about 1 month during our 6 months there - constantly closed for maintenance. Don’t expect to get any of your deposit back. We cleaned this place to no end and bought brand new drip pans to replace the old. We were charged a $90 cleaning fee (but what a shocker they don’t actually clean the units) and $20 for drip pans (which were brand new). They tack on additional bogus charges to ensure they get all of your deposit - $269 for remaining utilities (understandable but no breakdown of this total is provided), $60 for touch up paint (ridiculous and definitely not done before us), $70 for shampoo carpets (understandable but not disclosed to us upon move in or in the lease and we moved in to stained, dirty carpets anyways, so…). Embarc sucks.

Gabriel is honestly the best part about this place, and the location. Other than that the Management stinks. I lived there for two years and am glad I don’t anymore.

Worst apartments I have ever lived in. The office staff is awful and take nothing seriously. We have made countless noise complains and they don't care even though our walls are shaking with noise. 9 out of 10 times the office wont answer or return your phone calls. We have had maintenance requests in for over a month almost two with no change, the laundry rooms are disgusting and it's hard to find a working washer and dryer. They will show you model apartment that looks great but reality the apartment you will move into is super run down. Gaps in molding and between the sink and counter tops. The garbage are always over flowing to the point the dumpster can't be put in its encloser. Lastly when my friend came to visit she drove by maintenence and they flipped her off. Very unprofessional.

Most unorganized unprofessional apartments I've ever felt with, completely over priced for the level of quality I wouldn't refer my worst enemy, don't apply here you will be highly disappointed!
