The only reason Iâm giving it a one star is because it wonât let me give it none. The price is a bonus but it looks how it sounds CHEAP! I have put in serval work orders to get the same issues fixed in the last 6 months living here and still nothing has gotten fixed and in fact the issues have gotten worse, when we first moved in it was DISGUSTING! The walls where all black with hand prints and nothing was wiped down it took us a month to get a nasty smell out of our carpet and they didnât do anything to help there are burn marks from the previous owner on our carpet as well Iâm no expert but Iâm pretty sure you have to rip up the old carpet and put a new one in when itâs a new renter, we cleaned it all our selves! They scammed us as well we only wanted a 6 months lease I called to put in our 60 day notice and they said someone accidentally put it down for a year and that THIS SORT OF THING HAPPENS ALL THE TIME and itâs to late to change it. We have currently thought about taking this further with our lawyers. DO NOT MOVE IN!!! You will instantly regret it although the price is nice it is definitely not worth it!
