I love it here! I've been here for over a year now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Brittanie and Gabi have always been so helpful and easy to communicate with when I need help with work orders, paying rent, or anything else! I appreciate you!

when I moved in the place was not cleaned. they said they sent cleaners in 3 days after I was supposed to move in but it was not cleaned and the carpet was not shampooed. I gave up and just took pics. cleaned and moved in. at move out three months later they have the audisidy to charge me a cleaning fee, a fee to clean the carpets and chaged me twice for the utililites in June. Just so they can keep hallf of my deposit. do not rent here!!! tried to call multiple times and no answer. and if you do utilities 2 months in advance why was there no utilities the first two months I lived there

Aloha , I wanted to thank Gabriel for his wonderful service at Embarc , when my unit needs anything he makes sure it always gets done , he is friendly and is such a great Assistant Manager . He brightens everyone’s day I wanted to shout out to him thank you for always being so professional , cheery , and amazing .

I was optimistic when I first toured and signed my lease. Then I was very disappointed with how my experience turned out. I did not renew after the first year. Would not recommend.

I would not rent at in embarc. I moved in about 3 weeks ago. The walk through paper they give and needs to be done in 48 hours. I filled it out and said the ac isn’t working. It is the hottest time of the year and I still don’t have ac. They wouldn’t credit me back money either. They told me the ac would be fixed Wednesday and that never happened. They said this Friday and it still hasn’t been fixed. How do you rent a place knowing the ac is out? I asked to talk to the manager and he/she still hasn’t contact me and it’s been over a week. Also back behind the building it’s a junk yard. Trash to furniture everywhere. I should have done more research before moving here. Very disappointed.

Stopped in for info on rentals. Very pleasant young man, Parker, took the time to answer my questions, and gave me detailed info on available apartments. Definitely considering this. On busy road, would be the only negative, but also makes it convenient. Swimming pool, barbecues and workout room look good

I just want to leave a review for Oscar. He is a good part of the team here at Embarc! I am fairly new to the community and Oscar is always very helpful with any issues we face in our apartment. Oscar is a very kind and generous employee and dealing with the amount of work load he has at embarc I highly encourage that he is given a raise for all he does. Thank you Oscar and thank you for all that you do for Embarc at West Jordan!

i just moved in and i love it here! the staff is so nice and willing to help in any way they can!! edit: I lived here for a year, left my original review shortly after moving in. Moving in was a smooth experience, went well they made it easy. After moving in is when everything got bad. Multiple things in my apartment broke, my thermostat didn't work when I moved in and my washer broke shortly after. I submitted maintenance requests for both, luckily my thermostat was replaced eventually, but after multiple trips to my apartment for my washing machine maintenance declared they didn't know what to do and i didn't hear from them for the rest of my time living there. Then there are the policies that they're inconsistent with, when I initially was looking to move in, i was also looking at getting a pet snake shortly after i moved in, so a reptile friendly apartment was a necessity to me, even though they can be hard to find. I was told that there is "nothing in the lease against snakes" but later while looking to rescue another animal i called asking about small pet policies. Then they told me that i could have cages small animals such as hamsters and bunnies as long as they were caged, and I could have a ten gallon fish tank(i lived on the top floor and their fish tank policies were different for the bottom floor) but birds and reptiles weren't allowed. this is just one example where i feel i was mislead and taken advantage of. These are just a few things that leave me sour and distraught after my experience living there, there are also many hidden fees they're not nessicarily honest about upon initial move in. All in all, great apartment if you want to have a smooth move in experience, but in all other regards you will be mislead, lied to and taken advantage of.
