I am not one to ever write bad reviews but this is actually the WORST apartment to live in. Do NOT move here. On our move in date, we showed up at noon but we werenât able to get into our apartment until 6 pm due to cleaning. Unfortunately, when we walked in our apartment was disgusting. It took multiple days to scrub floors and vacuum the carpet to actually be somewhat clean. The kitchen is so cheaply made, we could lift up our entire countertop and inside cabinets were black and disgusting. The dishwasher broke multiple times throughout our time here and never fully cleaned anything. We would have to hand wash the dishes fully before loading in the dishwasher. There are multiple homeless people walking around the complex at all times of the day. The amenities are not worth it. The laundry rooms are always gross or overpriced. Had to dry clothes multiple times and waste even more money. We were told when we moved in that the hot tub was going to be closed for a week for maintenance, ended up being closed for the whole year we lived here. Once the pool opened, it was murky and gross then of course was shut down by the heath department within a few weeks. They will NEVER answer the phone, and truly have rarely seen people in the office, so I donât understand that. On top of that, our entire deposit was taken for ridiculous fees, even asking for receipts the property manager still hasnât sent anything. Save yourself time and money and find a different apartment complex!!
